Registration Form for Public Testimony

Oral Testimony - Public testimony is limited to the topics for discussion or action on the date of the regular board and committee meetings, and a 30-minute open forum at the start of regular board meetings. Time limit for individual testimony is three (3) minutes, and the time limit for oral testimony on disciplinary cases is ten (10) minutes unless the Board extends the time. Please fax registration form to 512-463-8762. Registrants for oral testimony may submit written material the day of the meeting (20 copies) or submit by mail, electronic mail, or fax to insure that the members have an opportunity to review it before the meeting begins.

Written Copies of Testimony - Written testimony offered in lieu of oral testimony should be submitted two (2) business days before the meeting to insure that members have had an opportunity to consider it, but may be submitted no later than 30 minutes prior to the meeting. Registrants are encouraged to bring written copies of their testimony to the meeting for distribution. Twenty (20) copies are sufficient to distribute to all board members and staff. Written testimony should not exceed three (3) pages of double-spaced text and should be attached to a completed registration form. Please submit by mail, electronic mail, or by fax (512-463-8762). Written testimony may be submitted until two business days following the meeting.
